OK - this will be super fast as I'm at a little internet cafe down the way from our hotel - but we're here! Just wanted to let everyone know we made it and have found a place to live. It's a really cute little house - well that's what they call it here - kind of a townhouse thing - attached to other houses - 3 bedrooms 2 bath with 2 "reception" (living) rooms - which means we'll use one as a play room. It's been completely redone inside and we love it! It even has a cute little garden (backyard) - little meaning about the size of 2 parking spaces maybe? Atleast it's something! We also have found Drew a place in a nearby school. Not in the one we wanted that was right around the corner - we have him on the waiting list there - but we think it's a walkable distance - we'll see! We plan to go check it out today if it stops raining. We haven't done much yet in the way of sightseeing - too busy securing homes and schools, but the kids have had their first ride on the tube and we're planning a ride on a double decker bus today! So far we really like it - just have to get used to walking everywhere...I have shin splint already! ANyway - we have tons of pics to post - so when we get our computer up - we'll load em on!
