My little escapee...

Dang, I love this kid! He's about 15 months now and just the best little guy. He just goes with the flow. Whatever we're doing, wherever we are, he just goes with it. His favorite thing these days is to be outside. He'll do anything to get there. We had a little incident a while back...kids left the door open...Noah got out...found him crawling down the middle of the road...awesome. So I wanted to see how fast the little bugger can really escape. First I just let him out the front door - let him mess with the gate - just to make sure he can't open it. Then I opened the gate to see what he'd do. From the moment I opened the gate...it took him about 15 seconds to be down at the next corner. The kid is lightening! Anyway - here's a few pics - I couldn't resist getting a few shots of the whole thing.

Wade's parents were just here for a visit. We had a great time showing them around and were even able to take the most amazing trip through the countryside. I have so many pictures I'll just post a slideshow. Maybe this will tempt some of you to come for a visit!

Addison's first day...

What a little punk! Is she cute or what!? Addie's first day went perfectly. Most of the other kids were a little hesitant..some crying and clinging to their parents, but not Addison! She was the first one in the classroom! She even tried to get me to leave her outside at the school gates so that she could go in herself! Independent? Nah.

So now...what will I do with all my free time? Enjoy it THOROUGHLY!!!
