Red Nose Day...

Thought I'd post a few pics of the kids on "Red Nose Day" last week - a day dedicated to raising money for charity around here. The kids were encouraged to dress "funny" for school. I'd say about 95% came in pyjamas! I guess that's what I would wear if I had the choice! So here are Drew & Addie thinking they're pretty dang funny...

Home we go!

So it's official...we're coming home! We bought plane tickets last night for April 18th. Initially we are heading to Utah (with an overnight layover in Dallas for a quick house hunt) and will be staying with Wade's mom until we get things (like a house) squared away. There's only one little hitch to this whole thing...we still don't know exactly when Wade will be finished up here in London. Originally, he was going to be here til about July 1st, which meant I needed to have things organized, but Wade would carry out the details of the move later himself. Now they may want him back as soon as May 1st, which means we will have to be packed, have furniture sold and sorted and be completely out of here when we leave on the 18th. That gives me less than 6 weeks! However, my parents are coming for the first couple weeks in April and we'll be travelling - that cuts me down to less than 4. Yikes! So, I'm a little anxious to get things settled and to know if I need to start freaking out! Oh, how I love moving!!! I've told Wade that this is the last time for awhile. We've been on the 2 year or less plan our entire marriage. I think we've had something like 11 addresses in our 9 years. London has been a priceless adventure, but I'm looking forward to planting roots in the warm Texas sun! So to all our Texas friends...the house hunt is on!
